The script should be quite easy to use

* create a shared folder in one of the server of the farm that will be used to save the logs
* run the script SharePoint_FLC.ps1 from the PowerShell Console for SharePoint
* follow the instructions

the time taken depends about the farm size and connectivity with each server

Note: for IIS logs you are prompted to give a date, this parameter

* can be empty and all IIS logs will be copied. Take care if you keep logs since a long time
you can leave the disk without anymore space.
* if you just specify the year and month i.e. 1408, it will copy all the files from the month 8 of 2014
* if you just specify the year and month and day i.e. 140801, it will copy all file from the 1st of August
